This luxurious house combines modern comforts and is ideal for family reunions. Many activities are available to entertain you on site and in the region.

Practical information

Charges, Guarantee

Energy fee (water, heating and electricity) and tourist tax have to be paid 8 days for the holiday :

- Package price summer (May 1 - September 30) : 100.00 €/night.
- Package price winter (October 1 - April 30) : 120.00 €/night.
- Tourist tax : 28.00 €/night.

Other costs (garbage, wood) will be deducted from the guarantee as a package :

- Garbage : 9.00 €/bag.
- Possibility to have some wood to light a fire in the living room (the first box is free than 8.00 €/box).

Check-in and Check-out information

- Check-in time : between 4-6h PM.
- Check-out time : before 9h30 AM and 6h PM for the weekends.

Other information

- WiFi, broadband internet connection is available in the holiday house.
- Bed linen and Bath sheets are not available, please take with you.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Forbidden to smoke in the house, ashtrays available outside.
- No carpet present.
- This house is for families only.
- Non-family groups on request, subject to acceptance with increased deposit.
- In order to guarantee the quality of the property, it is forbidden to organize student parties, stag parties, ...
